One Way to See Life Half Full

I make an effort to be a glass half full kind of person. I don't tolerate a lot of negativity - life is too short for that.

Linda Bauwin's Million Dollar stamp set, Half Full (#144999) has wonderful images and sentiments to add a positive note to your day.

To create this card:
Card stock:
Cherry Cobbler 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Basic Black 5 1/4" x 4" Very Vanilla 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"

  • Mark the Very Vanilla piece at the halfway point on each side using a pencil
  • Use tape or Post-It to create a mask using the pencil marks made above
  • Lightly sponge each masked triangle using Blushing Bride and Soft Seafoam
  • With the mask in place stamp the triangle with glasses from Half Full and Sheet Music
  • With mask in place, sponge the edge of the mask with Momento
  • Stamp the wine bottle image
  • Color with Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Blendabilities
  • Create the shadow with Smoky Slate and an Aqua Painter or Blender Pen
  • Cover the label with clear Wink of Stella for a bit of added sparkle
  • Layer the pieces onto the base
