Another PPA Challenge!

Welcome to PPA Challenge 230. This week we have a color challenge.

Looking at these colors makes me want to mix up a batch of gingerbread cookies! They are yummy - the cookies AND the colors!

It didn't take long for me to pull this challenge card together.

I knew I wanted to do something with a torn edge, so started looking through my stamps to find an image that would work, Mingle All The Way to the rescue! The image was stamped in Baked Brown Sugar and colored in with Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Blendabilities. Baked Brown Sugar ink was used with the Woodgrain stamp on Baked Brown Sugar paper. I found a vintage berry stamp that I used to give my Cherry Cobbler base a bit of texture. The finishing touch was the bow made from Cherry Cobbler Seam Binding ribbon.

Last night I attended the Sale-a-Bration catalog premier - lots of goodies  in store for you in January! For those not familiar with Sale-a-Bration (SAB), it's one fabulous sale where you can choose a SAB catalog item for FREE with each $50 purchase. If you would like to receive your own SAB catalog, send me a quick email or leave a comment below and I'll get one in the mail to you.

Thanks for stopping and until next time, take gentle care,
